Today we employ over 160 people, all in the UK, and we are proud of every one of them. Each shares a total commitment to our values and ethics and is dedicated to the needs of or dealers and our vision to change the face of motor finance for the future.
Our head office team are accessible and knowledgeable and we enjoy one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the industry. Our Sales team are highly skilled and cover the entire country advising, helping and innovating to grow the bottom line for thousands of motor dealers.
Our management team have been with the business for over a decade and have over 100 years of combined experience in the industry.
Mark Standish - Chief Executive Officer - (pictured above) Previously holding senior management positions with Wagon Finance,Capital Bank and an Executive Directorship with Julian Hodge Bank Mark has led the business for over 12 years.
Karl Werner - Head of Sales & Marketing - Previously with Lombard/FNMF, Karl has been with the business for over 8 years.
David James - Chief Financial Officer - Previously with Julian Hodge Bank, with 20 years experience in the Motor Finance Industry.
Stuart Berry - Head of Insurance and Customer Relations - Previously with First National and the AA, Stuart has been with MotoNovo Finance for the last 11 years.
David Briggs - Head of Operations - Previously with Wagon and FNMF, David has been with our business for over 10 years.
Wendy Matthews - Head of HR - Wendy has been with MotoNovo Finance for over 11 years with over 25 years experience in Human Resources.
Sharon Howes - Head of IT - Originally from South Africa, Sharon joined MotoNovo Finance in 2006 and has led our IT team to deliver systems and processes that now bring class leading service standards and web technology to the market.
